Aircel slashes 2G data tariff in Maharashtra |

In order to remain a step ahead from its competitors, Aircel today announced the launch of its new and cheaper tariff for 2G data in Maharashtra. In Maharashtra circle it now offers 1GB 2G data for Rs.79 with 28 day validity, which was earlier available for Rs.98, It now offers 1.3GB 2G data for Rs.98 with 28 day validity, which was earlier available for Rs.128.
After Uninor, Aircel offers one of the lowest tariffs for 2G data in India being one of the only two operators offering services on 2G, 3G and 4G platforms in India. Aircel holds Pan India 2G spectrum in 5 circles, it holds 3G spectrum in 13 circles and 4G spectrum in 8 circles.
