Airtel Introduces Cyber Cafe Data packs Across All Circles |

Bharti Airtel recently announced the launch of its ‘Cyber Café’ data pack across all the circles in India. After the release of night data pack, Airtel has now issued this new of a kind pack that offers unlimited data on 2G network for 1 hour at Rs. 5 only for prepaid customers.
Aircel and Vodafone have 10-20MB 2G data offers at Rs.5. Almost half of Airtel’s data customers are on 2G network. However, 2G speeds are relatively lower. In the present scenario, an unlimited data offering at Rs. 5 seems to be a great pack for millions of Airtel customers.

Airtel has also announced the official introduction of high speed 4G services in Sivakasi and Villupuram. With this customers in the state will be able to enjoy high speed wireless broadband services in Airtel 4G and also get uninterrupted HD video streaming, fast downloading and uploading of movies, images and music. A range of smart devices including mobile phones, 4G hotspots, and Wi-Fi dongles can now function with 4G services.
Reflecting on the launch of 4G services in these circles, the Hub CEO of Airtel, Kerala & Tamil Nadu, George Mathen mentioned that India based customers have an inclination towards consumption of data services and the company is happy to take the lead to introduce such high speed technology. “We recently launched “Project Leap”, our national network transformation drive, and look forward to augmenting our 4G presence in Tamilnadu and deliver a compelling network experience for our customers now and in years to come”, added Mathen.
For the first time in India, 4G network was launched by Airtel in Kolkata in April 2012. The company was also the first mobile operator to introduce 4G network in Tamil Nadu in June 2015. Besides this Airtel 4G is also available in Gudiyatham, Nammakal, Periyanaicken-palayam (Tp), Kovilpatti, Rajapalayam, Ambur, Karaikudi, Sriperumbudur, Chidambaram, Cuddalore, Vellore, Trichy, Tirupur, Tirunelveli, Salem, Pondicherry, Madurai, Hosur, Erode, Coimbatore, and Chennai.
