Airtel launches Latest Recharge Packs |

Ever since the launch of Reliance Jio and the merger of Vodafone and Idea, telecom operators such as Airtel have begun to experience stiff competition. Airtel which used to have the highest subscriber base has now lost its leading position to the merged company formed by Vodafone Idea Limited. In order to compete strongly with Jio and Vodafone Idea, Airtel has launched new prepaid plans and also revised some of its existing offers so that its subscribers can get maximum benefits.
Airtel Mobile Recharge Plan – INR 97
Airtel had launched the INR 97 prepaid recharge plan in September. This pack offers benefits such as local, STD and roaming voice calls of 350 minutes. Besides this the subscribers will also get 1.5GB of 3G/4G data along with 200 local and STD SMS messages. The validity of this plan is 28 days.
Airtel INR 99 Recharge Plan
Airtel has revised its INR 99 recharge plan earlier this year to offer 2GB of data with 28 days of validity. The price of this pack was recently increased to INR 119 and the offer was launched in a segmented manner under which some subscribers would be able to benefit 2GB data for 28 days while some would be able to avail 1GB data for 14 days.
Airtel INR 159 Recharge Pack
The telecom operator had launched this plan in October for offering benefits to its subscribers. This pack features unlimited voice calling, 1GB of 3G/4G data and 100 SMS for a validity period of 21 days. However, the same pack is offering different data benefits in different circles.
Airtel INR 195 Recharge Plan
Airtel also released its INR 195 recharge pack in a few telecom circles like Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. This recharge plan comes with 1.25GB daily 2G/ 3G/ 4G data and unlimited voice calls. However it has no SMS benefits. The validity of this plan is 28 days.
