BSNL increases the validity of its INR 999 plan to 270 Days |

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited or BSNL has recently revised the validity period of one of its prepaid recharge packs from 240 days to 270 days. The validity of INR 999 BSNL mobile recharge plan can be extended only for a limited period i.e. February 15, 2020, to March 31, 2020. As of now the BSNL top up pack is available only in Chennai and Tamil Nadu based telecom circles with only voice calling benefits. With this offer, the subscribers get to extend their pack’s validity for 30 days. The telecom operator had made some changes to its INR 1,188 Marutham plan a few days back. After the promotional offer was introduced, BSNL is now increasing the validity of its existing plans while other operators look forward to hiking their tariff rates.
BSNL Prepaid Recharge Plan INR 999 with extended validity
In Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles, BSNL has revised the validity of its INR 1188 Marutham top up plan by reducing it to 300 days. The telecom operator has made a similar change to its INR 999 plan which offers unlimited voice calling capped at 250 minutes per day to any network within India for 240 days. However, subscribers who are going for a BSNL recharge between February 15 and March 31 will get a validity extension of 30 days thereby making the plan valid for 270 days. Users who have opted for this pack can also make voice calls in Delhi and Mumbai circles. Additionally the subscribers also get a BSNL Tunes subscription for two months with this plan.
Unfortunately with the BSNL recharge plan INR 999, there is no data or SMS benefit included. BSNL’s INR 1,188 Marutham plan also offers 5GB data with 250 minutes of voice calling for 300 days. However, users who prefer only voice calling benefit can easily opt for the INR 999 plan. This plan nevertheless is available only in select circles.
BSNL INR 1188 Plan Compared to INR 999 Pack
BSNL had recently released its promotional recharge pack INR 1188 which offers 5GB data along with 250 minutes of daily voice calling and a validity period of 300 days. On the other hand, INR 999 plan offers 250 minutes of voice calling per day for 270 days. Both the above mentioned BSNL top up plans are available only in Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles.
