DishTV Introduces Advanced DishTV Interface for Customer Support |

As an initiative to enhance customer experience, Dish TV recently announced the launch of ‘Advanced DishTV interface’ (ADI) which is world’s first AI-enabled pay-tv Chatbot. The ADI is specially designed for issue redressal and service life-cycle management. It also provides virtual interface that assists and guides the subscribers to get their queries addressed.

The ADI is an omnichannel interface that can enable instant recharges and address customer queries across multiple channels. It processes user requests and enhances customer service through immediate responses that are available day-and-night.
The Group CEOof Dish TV, Mr Anil Dua mentioned that the TV operator has always aimed to offer quality services to customers which are in line with the technology. “Relevance in the digital age requires connecting with customers across multiple channels while maintaining the information accuracy along with ease of interaction” added Dua.
Due further stated that ADI will also encourage those customers who may not be very comfortable navigating the traditional web space.
ADI function
The feature appears as a pop-up on the website as “Adi, your Dish TV virtual assistant”. Users can just enter a message to get real time response. Issues related to recharge offers, current balance, add-on service upgrades, etc. are addressed through this interface. Currently ADI is available on desktop and mobile platforms and will soon be available on Facebook and Twitter as well.
