Vodafone Introduces INR 47 plan with 500MB Data |

Vodafone India has recently launched an entry-level prepaid plan of INR 47. The new Vodafone recharge plan offers data benefits, voice calling and SMS for 28 days from the date of recharge. The company has set a limit on the voice calling benefits at 7500 seconds during the validity period. On the other hand the data benefits are maintained at 500MB and SMS benefits at 50 SMS for the entire validity which is a month. So far operators like Jio have launched INR 49 pack which is a monthly plan.
Details of Vodafone recharge plan – INR 47
Vodafone is offering 7500 seconds of voice calling with the INR 47 mobile recharge offer. Customers will therefore be able to make 125 minutes of voice calls. On the other hand, Vodafone is also offering local/STD/national roaming seconds. Data benefits include 500MB 2G/3G/4G data and 50 SMS for 28 days. Users will be able to activate this plan only through balance deduction mode.
Vodafone Top up plan – INR 47
The benefits of the currently launched plan INR 47 are not so very exciting. However, the telecom operator seems to have launched this offer keeping the basic users in mind. In comparison, Jio’s INr 49 plan is far better. Jio is offering 1GB of 4G data, unlimited voice calling without any FUP limit and 50 SMS for a period of 28 days. Yet the company has limited this plan to over 25 million users only.
Vodafone’s plan is on the contrary available to the entire prepaid segment. This could be one of the reasons for limitation on voice calling.
