Vodafone introduces New Referral Scheme to allow unlimited free calls |

Vodafone India, the country's second largest mobile network operator, recently launched a unique referral program for its customers. With the 'Introduce a Friend' offer, existing Vodafone customers can enjoy unlimited free calls for a year by referring the network to their friends and families.
Customers who have been Vodafone users for a minimum of 3 months have to send a referral code to the toll-free helpline number 199 along with the mobile number of the individual on the other network. The referred contact must register with Vodafone within 25 days to avail the free calling service.
New customers can make the switch through Mobile Number Portability and then opt for either a prepaid or postpaid connection. As an added benefit, customers who sign up for a postpaid connection stand a chance to win attractive handsets from Samsung.
Activation Process:
1. Send the code 'MGM' (space) (mobile number of the other person) to toll-free helpline number 199.
2. Both the parties will receive an SMS containing a success message.
3. The referred person should move to Vodafone’s network within 25 days to avail the offer.
4. The scheme might not be offered in all Vodafone circles. The referring individual may contact a Vodafone store for more information about the same.
