Vodafone launches New Flexi Plan that Lets Users Design Postpaid Plans |

Vodafone India customers can now design their postpaid plans by using the new ‘Flexi plan’. Under this offer, the users are given eight packs to choose from. At a basic rental of INR 199, they can design their own pack by selecting any four from the choice. With an additional charge of INR 25 per pack, extra packs can be added to this plan. In total the customer can add up to 200 packs (4 free + 196 additional packs) per month.
On MyVodafone app, customers can add or delete packs. For prepaid Vodafone users who wish to change to a postpaid plan, this ‘Flexi plan’ is more beneficial, as this plan provides the users with the ability to change their packs as per their requirement without being troubled by any constraint of the fixed postpaid pattern.
The Business Head of Kolkata and West Bengal, Anand Sahai mentioned in one of his recent statements, that Vodafone has always endeavored to provide the best value to their customers through services that are as per their needs. “Based on extensive research and keeping in mind the usage trends, we are happy to present the Flexi Plan, where customers have the freedom to make their own plans as well as change it as per their convenience”, added Sahai.
Below mentioned are the eight packs that customers can select from:
100 Mins – to local Vodafone mobiles
90 Mins – to local mobiles and landlines
80 Mins – to STD mobiles and landlines
200 SMS – Local and National
100 MB – 4G / 3G Data
240 MB – 2G Data
40 Mins – Outgoing Calls on National Roaming
5 mins – ISD mins to select countries
Vodafone has also entered into a partnership with Amazon to give the customers a touch and feel experience of the smartphones that are listed on Amazon’s platform. The operations have already commenced across 40 of Vodafone’s outlets based in Bengaluru. As part of the agreement, each Vodafone store will have a display case with mobile phones that are listed on Amazon India. There will also be a trained product specialist available. Buyers will now be able to check out the phones handy and also order at the store. After the purchase they can also come back to the store for any after sales assistance with the product.
